I dont know what causes it but theres plenty of people on your different platforms complaining about bad optimization (even tho they meet pc spec requirements) and providing video evidence. EXE file as high priority, playing around with the resolution, changing from a 2k monitor to a 1080p monitor, reinstalling the game, reinstallijg it again but into an SSD. But i get 95% GPU usage with 80fps and my friend gets 35% GPU usage with barely 50fps. Both graphic card's drivers are up to date.
